Clear pressed (possibly cut) glass toothpick holder in similar shape to spool of thread. Upper lip had scalloped edges. Middle is recessed from protruding upper and lower rim, and has horizontal stripes of various thicknesses in a thin, thick, thin, thick alternating pattern.
